Flight Cost Allocation & Late Registration

At Ma’va Retreats, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair pricing structure for all participants.

As flight prices are subject to change and often increase closer to the travel date. To ensure that we stay within our allocated budget and avoid unexpected surcharges for everyone, we kindly request that participants confirm their registration and pay deposit by the cut-off date.

Registrations after this date may incur an additional flight surcharge, depending on prevailing ticket prices at the time of booking. This additional cost will be communicated transparently before final confirmation.

We highly encourage early registration to:

Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat are strictly non-refundable, as all logistics will have been confirmed based on your place.

We do this not out of rigidity, but to uphold the integrity and sustainability of the experience for everyone involved.

Transfer of Spot

While payments are non-refundable, you may transfer your spot to another woman pending our approval, should you be unable to attend. Please contact us directly to discuss this option.
